Slim in 6- Day 3
Today is day 3 of me working on Slim in 6. Day 1 I did a 90 min routine then yesterday I took a day off because everything burned. Today my thighs still burn and my abs hurt when I bend over. I’m still going to do another routine today but I don’t know if I’ll make it through. The first one I was drenching in sweat which is sad because I was working out in a sports bra and sweatpants- and it was the first disc!
Going Paleo worked out very well for me. I think I’m going to continue doing it. I did it for a month and a half then the holidays hit and really who can resist stuffing? I’m going back little by little but overall I feel very healthy and I’m well on my way to getting a great beach body, I just have to keep it up.
